Heels are a girl’s best friend! They can elongate your legs, making you appear taller and slimmer – they can make you feel more confident. Walk tall in your sexy shoes!


1. Improve your posture

A good, solid posture is one of the keys to walking in high heels.

Relax your body; your arms should be loose and at your sides to help you balance as you walk. Stand up straight – chin up, shoulders back. Let your hips swing in small, sideways, figure eight-motions for an attractive momentum. Go get ‘um girl!

2. Consider your shoe size

No matter how beautiful or sexy your shoes look on your feet, if they don’t fit, they just won’t work.

Well fitted shoes allow you to walk more naturally and confidently. Let me see you strut!

3. Walk from heel to toe

If you are wearing heels you should place your heel down first, followed by your toes. This technique will make your walk look more natural. Work it baby, work it!

4. Take small steps

Do you feel like you take more steps when you wear heels? This is because your strides become shorter!

Small, dainty steps will help you to balance, allowing you to walk more comfortably.

5. Don’t rush

Never walk quickly because it can make you look awkward. Always walk with style and grace… time waits for everyone in sexy shoes!

6. Arch your foot slightly

If you feel like you are slipping or going off balance, try to arch your foot slightly to place more pressure inside your shoes. This will give you more control over those killer heels!! Let ‘um know who’s in charge!

7. Pace yourself

If you have never tried to wear 3-inch heels before, 5-inch heels will be a ‘big ask’.

Start small and work up to skyscraper heels. Remember, practice makes perfect.

8. Take a rest

I don’t care how practiced you are, every girl wearing sexy high heel shoes will benefit from a sit down. Give your feet a break whenever possible and allow your feet to rest.

WARNING: Never remove your shoes! This will cause your feet to swell, making it harder for you to walk again… we’ve all done it!

9. Use over the counter help

Make your favourite high heels more comfortable. Over-the-counter solutions are available!

Cushions and insoles come in various shapes and materials to prevent the development of bunions and blisters.
